Cancellation Policy

⏳ Late Policy • 10-minute grace period allowed. • After 10 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added. • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and marked as a No-Call No-Show unless you notify the stylist before your scheduled time. 🚫 No-Call No-Show Policy • If you fail to call or show up, You Will Blocked From Making Any Future Appointments. ⏰ Last-Minute Cancellations • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged.
